In her role as an Aftermarket Trainer, she designed and delivered comprehensive training programs that significantly improved service delivery and operational performance. Additionally, as an Asset Management Trainer, she provided expert guidance on optimizing asset performance and lifecycle management. Throughout her career, Malathi has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency through strategic initiatives and tailored training programs.

As a trainer and coach, Satwant has delivered technical EHS training to GE employees and customers, including high-profile Plant Manager and Service Manager EHS training programs. He developed a successful EHS training program for contractors and is highly regarded for his ability to share practical, real-world experiences.
